Mason County PUD No. 3's energy services department offers a free energy audit for electrically heated homes.

An energy audit will determine if insulation levels can be improved or additional energy saving measures can be installed to your home. Free inspections can be arranged when insulation or additional energy saving measures are installed in your home.

Free heat loss calculations are still being offered to assist builders in complying with the Washington State Energy Code.

Free low-flow showerheads and faucet aerators are offered to those customers who heat their water electrically.
