Engineering

The Mason County PUD No. 3 Engineering Department consists of three divisions: maintenance engineering; service (or customer) engineering; and system engineering.

The PUD 3 Engineering Department's primary functions are to:

• Assist consumers with new and altered electric service connects and other services.
• Foster good relations with consumers to help meet their needs.
• Work with consumers to resolve problems with their electrical service.
• Develop construction and maintenance schedules and procedures to provide safe and reliable electric service.
• Contribute to the effective operation of the PUD by providing the best possible electric service for the most reasonable cost.
