Applications for employment will generally be
accepted only when there is an opening within the PUD and only from individuals
who are qualified for open positions. From time-to-time, when it is determined
that certain positions are difficult to fill because of a shortage of qualified
persons, applications and resumes will be accepted and retained prior to the
occurrence of an opening.
