• Rebates are available for upgrading your new site-built or manufactured home to ENERGY STAR® standards.
• Free energy audits are available from PUD 3. These audits will help determine the home’s insulation levels to make energy saving recommendations, and to answer questions about your heating system.
• Rebates are also available for the installation of high efficiency heat pumps in existing homes.
• Since as much as 30 percent of a home’s heat can be lost through its duct system, PUD 3 is giving a rebate for duct sealing to improve efficiency. Call us for details.
• Rebates are available for qualified insulation measures.
