Higher Efficiency Lighting

Rebates are available for upgrading to higher efficiency lighting equipment. Lighting is a large part of the energy use in a commercial building. The cost of lighting, and removing the heat the lights produce in a typical office building could account for up to 40 percent of the utility bill. Often the choice for greater efficiency means better color, lower maintenance and less flicker and glare too.
